A Small Tip: The flavour of this piccalilli improves with storing and should be ideally left a week after purchasing...feed back is that that's becoming impossible!
 
Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months .
Unopened jars should keep for up to 6 months in a cool dry place.
